Craig and Melanie are proud to consider this a family show and you’ll see their children, Hayden and Kierston in various episodes. They’re also keen on inviting friends and family along and keeping things as uncut and authentic as possible.

They’re a true outdoor family, living life with old school values. In addition to all this, Craig has been working full time as a lineman with Manitoba Hydro since he was 20. He’s the main guide with their Outfitting and the main man filming and hunting for the TV show. He has a natural gift for understanding the woods and the animals in it and brings that to all his experiences. Melanie was an Occupational Therapist, leaving that career in 2018 to pursue greater passions as an entrepreneur. She’s passionate about healthy living and living life outdoors. She’s the cook, cleaner and office personnel with all three tiers of their business and volunteers her time with various school and community events. She also sits on the Executive Board for the Manitoba Lodges and Outfitters Association (MLOA).

Their children, Hayden and Kierston, are actively involved in the business and upkeep of the operation. Hayden has always had a keen interest in the outdoors, following very closely in his father’s footsteps. He’s also a keen self-taught trapper and spends much of his winter on the trap line and in his shack working. In 2023 he took on a passion for steer riding and depsite some injuries, continues to love the challenge of riding a bucking animal. He’s an old soul, absolutely loves people and holds some of the highest rated episodes on their TV show.

Kierston was born to be on a horse and spends her free time riding the trails and running the barrels. She's taken an interest in hunting, loves to fish and enjoys doing all the outdoor activities with the family. 

Together, this crew is the perfect mix of hard work, fun and adventure.
